Greens & Beans & BACON: 6 points

OMG, BACON! Not only is there BACON in this recipe, but you even use the drippings! How awesome is that? We sure suffer on Weight Watchers, don’t we?

Wheat Berries are new to me. I have to admit, they sounded like the kind of things only folks with VW vans and composting toilets would prepare. Not that there’s anything wrong with VW vans and composting toilets, mind you, but I’m more of a leather seats and double shower head kind of girl.
